ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of October, 1885.

THE HONOURABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the Government work known as the Waikato-Thames Railway (Morrinsville-Te Aroha Section) shall and may be constructed on or through the parcel of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the Government work known as an extension of the Foxton-New Plymouth Railway, from New Plymouth to the breakwater at Moturoa, shall and may be constructed on or through the parcel of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, and delineated in the plan marked P.W.D. 13279, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, in the said colony.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of November, 1885.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve made for public recreation in the Provincial District of Auckland, and known as the One-Tree Hill Recreation-ground, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of "The Public Domains Act, 1881;" and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 15 acres and 30 perches, more or less, situate in the Survey District of Otahuhu, Provincial District of Auckland, being Lot No. 54 of Section No. 12 of the Suburbs of Auckland, Waitemata Parish.
