Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Applicant: ALBERT CRACROFT FOOKES, of New Plymouth, Land Broker. Area: 4 acres 1 rood 16 perches. Description: Sections 1667, 1668, 1669, 1670, 1671, part Sections 1695 and 1696, Sections 1697, 1698, 1699, 1717, and 1718, part Sections 1715, 1716, 1735, and 1736, part Gilbert Street, and part Gardner Street. Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Mint Gold-Mining Company as a Limited Company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1872,” and amendments thereof.

  1. The name of the company is to be the Mint Gold-Mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of operations is at Karangahake, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
