powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the Government work known as the Wai-kato-Thames Railway (Morrisville-Te Aroha Section) shall and may be constructed on or through the parcel of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this eighth day of October, 1885.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Gold-Mining Districts Act 1873 Amendment Act, 1885,” His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that all the provisions of “The Gold-Mining Districts Act, 1873,” shall apply to mining for silver and any other metals or minerals as well as to gold-mining; and, with the like advice and consent, His Excellency the Governor doth hereby declare that this order shall take effect in all districts which have been constituted and appointed under “The Gold-Mining Districts Act, 1873,” aforesaid.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this eighth day of October, 1885.
Present:
The Honourable the Premier presiding in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve made for public recreation in the Provincial District of Auckland, and known as the Hamilton Recreation-ground, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881;” and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.

SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land situate in the Town of Hamilton East, Parish of Kirikiriroa, Hamilton Survey District, and known as Lot 412, containing 10 acres. Bounded towards the North by a street, 100 links wide, 712 links; towards the East by a street, of width aforesaid, 1406 links; towards the South by a street, 100 links wide, 712 links; and towards the West by a street, 150 links wide, 1406 links.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this eighth day of October, 1885.

The Honourable the Premier presiding in Council.
WHEREAS by the twelfth section of “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” it is, inter alia, enacted that the Governor, by Order in Council, may from time to time delegate all or any of the powers by the said Act conferred, save as is therein mentioned, to any person or persons for any period, and subject to such stipulations as may be specified in such order, and that every such delegation may from time to time in like manner be altered or revoked: And whereas, pursuant to “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” by an Order in Council of even date herewith, the land described in the Schedule thereto is declared to be brought under the operation of and to be subject to the provisions of the said “Public Domains Act, 1881:”
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth, by this present order, delegate
