NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 11th day of December next.

APPLICATION having been made by the registered Proprietor of Sections 16 and 17, Block VI., Town of Hawksbury, Register-book, Vol. iv., folio 219, to register a Discharge of Mortgage No. 217, dated 25th September, 1872, in favour of THE NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY COMPANY (LIMITED), and a declaration having been lodged with me of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I intend to dispense with the production of the said duplicate mortgage, and give effect to the said discharge, unless caveat be lodged here forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof.
