Gold Fields Notices.
Gold-Mining Lease to be granted.
IN conformity with the thirty-seventh section of "The
Mines Act, 1877," and with the regulations made under
that Act for the granting of leases for gold-mining purposes,
it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease of
Crown lands for gold-mining purposes to the applicant
specified in the annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid
objections against such lease.
Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the
grounds of objection, must be made in writing, and lodged
with the Warden at Reefton on or before the 30th day of
September, 1885.
Copy of the application made and plan annexed may be
seen at the Warden's Office at Reefton.
SCHEDULE.
APPLICANT: James Adams. Style under which it is intended
to conduct the business: "The General Gordon Gold-Mining
Company (Limited)." 15 acres 3 roods 14 perches, being
Section 8, Block II., Waitahu, Devil's Creek, in the Nelson
