SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 67A, Block I., Ngaire Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by Cardiff Road, 1921.4 links; towards the South by the Opunake Road, 1239.3 links; towards the West by Section No. 20, Block IV., Kaupokonui Survey District, 1314.5 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a school site.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods, be the same a little more or less, being Section No. 254, Huirangi District, on the map of the Parututu Survey District. Bounded towards the North and East by the Mountain Road, 960 links; towards the South-west and West by the railway-line and Waiongona Stream, 740 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a school site.
HAWKE'S BAY.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 17 acres, more or less, being Nuhaka Agricultural Section No. 19, situate in Block IX., Nuhaka Survey District. Bounded towards the East by Sections Nos. 1 and 18, 1200 links, more or less; and towards the South, West, and North generally by the Nuhaka River. For general Native purposes.
CANTERBURY.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement 27 acres, more or less, being Section No. 2651 (in red), situate in the Hall Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by a road-line, 2221 links; towards the North-west by a road-line, 1889 links; towards the South-east by Section No. 29158, 1514 links; and towards the South-west by the continuation of the terrace running near the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 29211: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For purposes in connection with the Hororata Water-races.
All that area in the Provincial District of Canterbury, being Section No. 2652 (in red), situate in the Mueller and Cook Survey Districts. Bounded towards the South by a right line running due east and west through a point 16 chains due south of the Governor's Camp, situate between Point Sebastopol and the Mueller Glacier; towards the West, North, and East by the line of perpetual snow; and also towards the East by Run No. 540 and its western boundary produced southerly to meet the boundary first described: save and excepting thereout Rural Sections Nos. 34350, 35556, and 35557, situate within the above-described section of land; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Offices, Christchurch. For purposes of recreation.
An area of 2 chains wide, measured from the edge of the bank at highest flood-line, is reserved around the shores of Lakes Tekapo, Alexandrina, Pukaki, and Ohau, and also along the banks of the Rivers Godley, Macaulay, Cass, Tekapo, Jollie, Tasman, Pukaki, Hopkins, Dobson, and Ohau; as the same are delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For purposes of recreation.
SOUTHLAND.
All that parcel of land in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 21 perches, more or less, being Block VI. on the map of the Town of Winton. Bounded towards the North-east by the Great North Road, 692.7 links; on the South by Essex Street, 425 links; and towards the North-west by Clyde Street, 680.5 links. For a school site.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Southland Land District, containing 2 acres, more or less, being Section No. 2, Block II., Longwood Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by Crown lands, 407.4 links; towards the South-east by Crown lands, 350 links; towards the South-west by a road-line, 735.5 links; and towards the North-west by a road-line, 479.7 links: as shown on the map of said block, deposited in the Survey Office, Invercargill. For a cemetery.

Vesting Reserves in the Town of Cambridge.

WHEREAS by section thirty-eight of "The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1884," it is provided that the reserves to be made for any borough or town district under such section shall be made only in cases where no such reserves for the purpose of sections three, five, and six of "The Plans of Towns Regulations Act, 1875," exist therein, or, if existing, do not equal or exceed the amount of reserves authorized to be made under such last-mentioned Act:
And whereas the existing reserves for the Town of Cambridge do not equal the amount of reserves authorized to be made under "The Plans of Towns Regulations Act, 1875," and it appears expedient to make the reserves hereinafter mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the thirty-seventh and thirty-eighth section of "The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1884," and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby declare that the lands enumerated in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby reserved for the purposes respectively stated opposite to the descriptions of such land in the second column hereto, for the benefit of the Town of Cambridge, as constituted under the provisions of "The Town Districts Act, 1881," on the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.
