OTICE is hereby given that the parcels of land here-
inafter described will be brought under the provisions
of “The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” unless caveat be lodged
at this office forbidding the same within one calendar month
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Merchant. Area: 2 roods 2 perches. Description: Sections

I,
the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Bluespur Perseverance Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies
Act, 1872.”

To the Mining Registrar of Roxburgh of the Dunstan
Mining District, and all other persons whom it may
concern,
T
AKE notice that it is intended to construct a Water-
race and divert water for the purpose of driving
machinery, commencing at a point in the Whitecombe
Creek about 500 yards above the crossing of the track to
Switzer's, and terminating at the Whitecombe Creek, about
200 yards below the said track. The length of such race is 700
yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is east and west.
The time estimated for its construction is two months. The
right is asked for fifteen years. The mean depth of such
race is 18 inches, and the mean breadth is 3 feet, and it is
intended to divert four Government-heads of water.
Dated at Alexandra, this 12th day of December, 1884.
