IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
ROBERT SHEPHERD
to be a Trustee, in the place of Charles Wise, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Matakauui (Drybread) Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the sixth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule, in the place of Patrick Brennan, Patrick Quirk Caples, Patrick Kelly, Louis Davies, Arthur Doyley Bayfield, John Dick, Walter Irving, and Matthew Byrne.
