Setting apart Land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District for leasing under “The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882.”

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the second section of “The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882,” and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections three to forty-eight of “The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the twentieth section of “The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1879,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for sale as a village settlement, upon such terms and conditions as are to be set forth in an Order in Council to be made under the twenty-first section of the said Act.
