All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 rood 4 perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Palmerston, being extension of Cemetery Reserve known as Section No. 33, Block XXXIII., on the map of the said town. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 32, 734 links; towards the South-east by a road-line, 980 links; towards the South by a road-line, 251 links; and towards the West by cemetery reserve, 840 links.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

DANIEL SCULLY

to be a Trustee, in the place of Robert Johnson, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Skipper’s Point Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the tenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.

Commissioner of the Supreme Court appointed.

NOTICE.—MAGNUS JOSEPH PYKE, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature in England, was appointed on the 13th day of March, 1885, by His Honour Mr. Justice Williams, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for England, for the purpose of taking affidavits, and also a Commissioner for taking the acknowledgments of married women under “The Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875,” as in the said Act mentioned.
