SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece of land in the Parish of Puniu, County of Waikato, containing 33 acres, be the same a little more or less, being part of Allotment No. 14 of the said parish, and part of the land described in Vol. xxiv., folio 239, of the Register-book, and fully delineated upon those parts of a subdivision of the said Lot No. 14, marked respectively D and E upon such plan. Bounded towards the North-east by Allotment No. 344, 900 links; towards the South-east and East by a road-line, 1331 links; towards the South by a road-line, 745 links; towards the South-west by a road-line, 1085 links; and towards the North-east by a road-line, 2085 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Further extending Time for preparing County Rolls, County of Maniototo.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of July, 1885.

WHEREAS it has been made to appear that certain things required to be done by “The Counties Act, 1876,” in connection with the making and revision of the county roll of the County of Maniototo, cannot be done by or within the times required by the said Act as extended by an Order in Council dated the twentieth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by the said “Counties Act, 1876,” and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby further extend the times for doing the said things in connection with the county roll of the said County of Maniototo, and doth declare that the time for the doing of such several things shall be those which are specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.

For the preparation of the county roll: On or before the 15th July, 1885.

Rolls shall be open for inspection: From the 18th July, 1885, to the 13th August, 1885.

Objections to rolls received: Until the 14th September, 1885.

Day appointed for revision of roll: Some day after the 16th September, 1885, but Revision Court shall not sit after the 17th October, 1885.

Roll shall come into force: On the 19th October, 1885.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN exercise and in pursuance of all powers vested in him by “The Property Assessment Act, 1879,” and its amendments, and all other powers and authorities in that behalf enabling him, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby make the following regulations for the purposes of the said Act and its amendments, to take effect from the date of the gazetting hereof, that is to say,—
The form of statement of property required by the said Act and its amendments, to be made by persons owning, or trustees or agents for, any property in the colony, shall be that set forth in the Schedule A hereto, in lieu of that hitherto in use.
