IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a
session opened at Cambridge, in the District of Wai-
kato, on the 17th day of February, 1885, upon the hearing of
a claim for the division of land situate in the said district
of Waikato, and known as “Te Whetu No. 3;” and in the
matter of the application of Ngahaki te Kauru and others
for a rehearing upon such claim:

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court,
and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me,
do hereby dismiss such application.

with improvements thereon, will be offered for sale by public
auction at the Survey Office, Blenheim, at noon on Tuesday,
the 7th July, 1885, the improvements for cash, and the land
on deferred payments:—

A deposit of 5 per cent. on the price of the land, and the
full amount for improvements, must be paid at the auction.

after, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way
of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of
the land shall thenceforward be null and void. Crown-grant
