A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Special Powers and Contracts Act, 1884,” and the twentieth section of “The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1879,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for sale as a village settlement, upon such terms and conditions as are to be set forth in an Order in Council to be made under the twenty-first section of the said Act.
