SCHEDULE.
THE several parcels of land mentioned in list hereunder:—

All in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 13108, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty’s Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five.

Land taken for Further Portion of the Otago Central Railway (Additional Land at Wingatui Station).

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for further portion of the Otago Central Railway, namely, additional land at Wingatui Station:

And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land in the manner hereby provided have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section one hundred and thirty of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the further portion of the said line of railway hereinbefore specified.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the second section of “The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882,” and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections three to forty-eight of “The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882.”
