NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hutt Park Railway Company (Limited) propose to construct a railway, under “The District Railways Act, 1877,” from a certain point at Petone, on the Government Railway from Wellington to Masterton, to a certain point on the west bank of the western branch of the Hutt River, where the waterworks bridge crosses it, and has caused the middle line and direction thereof to be set forth on a plan and described in a book of reference showing the lands required to be taken for the same and the names of the owners and occupiers of such lands so far as they can be ascertained; and that copies of such plan and book of reference have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the Petone Town Board and Hutt County Council respectively, and also at the Public Works Office, in the City of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned DONALD ANGUS CAMERON and JOHN CAMERON, in the Closeburn Station, Lake Wakatipu, Otago, as Sheepfarmers, has been dissolved as from the 31st day of March, 1884.
All moneys due to the late firm will be received, and all moneys owing by the late firm will be paid, by the said Donald Angus Cameron.

GERALDINE ROAD BOARD.
NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Geraldine Road Board to take, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” certain lands, hereinafter described, for a road; and notice is further given that a copy of the plan of the said land is deposited in the Road Board Office at Geraldine, and is there open for inspection; and all persons affected by the taking of such lands are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing within forty days from the date of the publication hereof to the office of the Geraldine Road Board, at Geraldine.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land situate in Block XI., Kakahu Survey District, in the County of Geraldine, Provincial District of Canterbury, New Zealand, being parts of Rural Sections 13978 and 33989, and containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less. Bounded on the North and North-west by the River Kakahu; on the North-east by the road through Rural Section 13978; and commencing at a bend; thence south-west bearings respectively of 228° 7′, 229° 18′, 54° 43′, 268° 21′, 72° 13′, and 58° 37′, distances of 417·6 links, 299·8 links, 610·9 links, 179·4 links, 161·6 links, and 262·8 links; thence north-west 285° 23′ a distance of 273·1 links, and 144° 1′ a distance of 363·8 links to the road north of Rural Section 33989; and thence along said road a distance of 78 links to the river: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan annexed and coloured pink.
All that parcel of land situate in Block XI., Kakahu Survey District, in the County of Geraldine, Provincial District of Canterbury, New Zealand, being part of Rural Section 10910, and containing by admeasurement 2 roods 25 perches, more or less, having an average width of 100 links, and extending south-east 117° 41′, distances of 693·7 links on the north-east side and 661 links on the south-west side, so as to meet the road separating Rural Sections 30616 and 34219, instead of crossing the River Kakahu: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan annexed and coloured pink.
