Declaring a certain Road in the Omaka Road District to be a District Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of April, 1885.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excel- lency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the road in the Omaka Road District, described in the Schedule below, shall, on and after the date above-mentioned, become a district road.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the road forming the southern boundary of Section No. 37, Opawa, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction for a distance of 40 chains or there- abouts, having a width not exceeding 450 links or there- abouts; save and except such portions thereof as are or may be required for railway purposes: all situated in Cloudy Bay Survey District, Provincial District of Marlborough; as the same is more particularly delineated upon the plan marked P.W.D. 12697, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
