NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-after described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged at this office within one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Applicant: JOHN GIBSON, of Patea, Merchant. Area: 20 perches. Description: Part Section 7, Block VII., Town of Patea. Occupied by John and Robert McKenzie.
