Bounded—South-westerly by a public road, 2728 links; North-westerly by the north-western boundary of said section, 384 links; North-easterly by lines, 1019 and 1696 links, to commencing point.

Section No. 30782.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood 15 perches, situate in the Survey District of Alford Forest, being portion of Rural Section No. 30782; commencing at the southernmost corner thereof. Bounded—South-westerly by a public road, 1908 links; Westerly by a public road, 511 links; North-easterly by a line, 2321 links; South-easterly by Section No. 31079, 384 links, to commencing point.

Be all the above areas and linkages either more or less; the several parcels of land being situate in the Provincial District of Canterbury, and are more particularly delineated upon the plan marked P.W.D. 11369, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, George Marsden Waterhouse, in the name and on behalf of the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in warrants of the dates given in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less, situated in the Kumeu Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links wide traversing the south-western portion of the Waikoukou Block, No. 406; commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Waikoukou Block aforesaid at a distance of 8900 links or thereabouts from its south-western corner, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally for a distance of 3788 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road known as Lowe’s Road, leading from the Waimaku Railway Station: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3337, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
