£50 Reward.

Wellington, N.Z., 9th January, 1884.

WHEREAS the depôts of stores and provisions placed by the Government of this colony at Tandy Inlet, at Enderby Island, and at Port Ross, in the Auckland Islands, for the relief of castaway seamen, were, between about the middle of November and the 23rd December last, broken into and the contents stolen:

Notice is hereby given that a reward of fifty pounds will be paid to the person or persons who shall first give such information as will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who broke into and stole any of the stores or provisions from these depôts.
