SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 298 acres, more or less, reserved for the Urewera tribe out of the sale to the Crown of the Waiau Block, situated in the Waiau Survey District, and being Section No. 2 of Block V. of that district. Bounded towards the North-east by Section No. 1, 7500 links; towards the South-east by Section No. 1 aforesaid, the crossing of a road, Section No. 1 aforesaid, the crossing of a road, a road-line, and Section No. 1 aforesaid, 3133 links, 115 links, 424 links, 80 links, and 340 links; towards the South-west by Section No. 1 aforesaid, 7500 links; and towards the North-west by Section No. 1 aforesaid, 4000 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; save and excepting a road 100 links wide which intersects the area above described.

Sitting of Native Land Court.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Hastings, Hawke’s Bay, on the 8th day of July, 1884, will be heard the application of Alexander Mackay, Esq., Commissioner of Native Reserves, for an order of Court defining the individuals and their respective shares in a Native reserve in the District of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay, containing 791 acres, and being Section No. 2 of Block III. of the Waiau Survey District, the boundaries of which are described in the Schedule hereunder.

And, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant or other instrument of title relating to the land aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the sitting of the Court.

And, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant or other instrument of title relating to the land aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the sitting of the Court.

And, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant or other instrument of title relating to any of the lands aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.
