NOTICE.—Section No. 2, Block VIII., Wairoa Survey District, having been excluded from sale pending the survey of a road, and the said road now having been taken through it, it is hereby notified that the section at the reduced area (103 acres 1 rood 12 perches) after excluding road is now released from such exclusion, and will be again offered at public auction.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Hastings, Hawke’s Bay, on the 8th day of July, 1884, will be heard the application of Alexander Mackay, Esq., Commissioner of Native Reserves, for an order of Court defining the individuals and their respective shares in a Native reserve in the District of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay, containing 1,100 acres, and being part of the Taramarama Block, the boundaries of which are described in the Schedule hereunder.

And, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant or other instrument of title relating to the land aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the sitting of the Court.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 1,100 acres, more or less, reserved for the Urewera tribe out of the sale to the Crown of the Taramarama Block, situated in the Waiau Survey District, and being Sections Nos. 6 of Block IV., and 10 of Block X., of that district. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 5 of Block IV., 11549 links; towards the East by Section No. 8 of Block IV., and Sections Nos. 5 and 8 of Block X., 15826 links; towards the South and West by the Waikaretaheke River; again towards the West by Section No. 11 of Block X., and Section No. 7 of Block IV., 6204 links; again towards the South by Section No. 7 of Block IV. aforesaid, 3426 links; again towards the East by Section No. 7 of Block IV., and Section No. 11 of Block X. aforesaid, 4977 links; and towards the South-west by the Waikaretaheke River aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
