THAT this Board, by special order, alter the boundary of the western subdivision so as to include that portion lately added to the Clutha Road District, as per Gazette of the 18th April, 1884.

I hereby certify that this special order has been duly passed in accordance with the 75th section of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

Description of Land added to the Clutha Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago and Colony of New Zealand, commencing at the Waiwera River; thence proceeding in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of Run 96 and the Kaihiku Stream to the West Clutha Hundred; thence in a south-easterly direction along said hundred through Trig. Stations G and J to the Puerua River; thence in a westerly direction along that river to its junction with the Little Puerua River; thence in a south-westerly direction along the Little Puerua River to the southern boundary of Section No. 23, Block IX., Warepa Survey District; thence in a westerly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 23, 22, 20, 19, and 17 of said Block IX.; thence in a southerly direction to Section No. 3, Block VIII.; thence again in a westerly and southerly direction around said Section No. 3 to the Owake River; thence in a north-westerly direction along the said Owake River and the south-western boundary of Run 72A to the Waiwera River; thence in a northerly direction along that river to the starting point.

THE KAIPARA STEAMSHIP COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, 15, Customhouse Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 6th day of August next, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also, in pursuance of section 216 of the said Act, of directing, by extraordinary resolution, the way in which the books, accounts, and documents of the said company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
