Alteration in Board of Wardens appointed for Cardrona Depasturing District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation made under “The Gold Fields Act, 1866,” bearing date the twenty-ninth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fifth day of April of that year, certain regulations were made for the Cardrona Depasturing District, including, in regulation number one of the said regulations, the appointment of certain persons as a Board of Wardens for the said depasturing district:
And whereas the said regulations were amended by Proclamations bearing date the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, and the ninth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three:
And whereas it is expedient to further amend the said regulations:
Now, therefore, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the regulation number one referred to above shall be further amended, and that the following regulation shall be and is hereby made in lieu thereof:—
AMENDED DEPASTURING REGULATION.
- John Kerin, William Taylor, Richard Walsh, John O’Callaghan, and John Maas, all of Cardrona, or such other persons as the Governor may from time to time appoint, shall be and are hereby appointed the Board of Wardens for the above-named Cardrona Depasturing District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty’s Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Auckland, this seventeenth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by “The District Courts Act, 1858,” it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor from time to time, as he shall think fit, by Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette, to constitute throughout the colony, or in any part thereof, districts within which District Courts shall be respectively held, and such districts to abolish, and the boundaries thereof to define or alter:
And whereas by a Proclamation bearing date the twenty-second day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, a district was defined within which a District Court should be held under the said Act, and it was thereby declared that the said Court should be designated by the name of “The Auckland District Court:”
And whereas by Proclamation bearing date the seventeenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three, the boundaries of the said district so defined were altered:
And whereas it is expedient to further alter the boundaries of the said district so defined and altered as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the fourteenth day of June next, the boundaries of the district within which the Auckland District Court shall be held shall be altered, and that thenceforth the boundaries thereof shall be the boundaries hereinafter described.
AUCKLAND DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT.
All that portion of the Provincial District of Auckland bounded generally towards the South-west and North-east by the ocean, Hauraki Gulf, and the Firth of Thames; and towards the South-east by the Counties of Waikato and Raglan, including Kawau, Rangitoto, Tapu, Waiheke, Ponui, and all adjacent islands.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty’s Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Auckland, this twentieth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.
