Land Transfer Act Notices.
WHEREAS a declaration has been lodged with me, made by ANDREW NICHOLSON, the registered Owner of Allotment 3, Block II., on the plan deposited in the District Land Registry Office at Invercargill, as No. 10, being part of Section 2, Block I., Jacob’s River Hundred, of the loss of certificate of title for the said land, bearing date the 9th day of May, 1879, Register-book, Vol. xiv., folio 91: I hereby give notice that I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title for the said land to the said Andrew Nicholson, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

} In the matter of a Bill intituled “An Act empowering the New Zealand Shipping Company (Limited) to alter its Memorandum of Association.”
NOTICE is hereby given that the New Zealand Shipping Company (Limited) intend to present a petition to the General Assembly of New Zealand, at the sitting to be held at Wellington in the month of June next, praying for leave to introduce a Bill to be intituled “An Act to empower the New Zealand Shipping Company (Limited) to alter its Memorandum of Association.”
By the said Bill it is intended to empower the said company, by special resolution, to alter the memorandum of association of the said company, and to extend the power thereby given to the said company of borrowing and raising money to the borrowing and raising of money on the uncalled capital of the company, whether by means of debentures or otherwise.
Copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders on or before the commencement of the session.
Copies of the said Bill may be had upon application to the undersigned or to their Agents in Wellington.

DISSOLUTION OF COPARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned RICHARD JOHN MASON and ROBERT HOLMES VALLANCE, as Farmers and Trainers and Breeders of Racing Stock, carried on by us at Yaldhurst, under the style or firm of “Mason and Vallance,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of May, 1884.
The business will in future be carried on by the said Richard John Mason alone, who will receive and pay all debts due to and by the late firm.
