All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 24 perches, being portions of Sections Nos. 17 and 18, Block II., Longwood Survey District; commencing at the south-west corner of Section No. 17 aforesaid. Bounded—Westerly by a road, 1400 and 959 links respectively; South-westerly by a road, 486 links; Northerly by a road, 191 links; North-easterly and easterly by right lines, 484, 947, and 1400 links respectively; Southerly by Railway Reserve, 150 links, to the point of commencement.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 4 perches, being portion of Crown lands, Block II., Longwood Survey District; commencing at a point distant 110 links by a bearing of 335° 16′ from the north-western corner of Section No. 18, Block II. Bounded—Southerly by a road, 208 links; North-easterly by a right line, 3818 links; North-westerly by a right line, 300 links; South-westerly by a right line, 1700 links; South-easterly by a right line, 100 links; South-westerly by a right line, 2059 links, to the point of commencement.
Be all the aforesaid linkages and areas either more or less; the several parcels of land being situate in the County of Wallace and Provincial District of Otago, Colony of New Zealand; and are more particularly delineated upon the plan marked P.W.D. 11331, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty’s Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Auckland, this twenty-ninth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in warrants of the dates given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 27 acres, more or less, situated in the Maungatautari and Cambridge Survey Districts, and being a road-line 100 links wide traversing the northern portion of the Maungatautari Block No. 1, No. 2280; commencing at a point on the Hauoira Stream at a distance of 1500 links or thereabouts from its confluence with the Waikato River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 27000 links or thereabouts to the Wairakau Stream at the place of its intersection by a mill-dam: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3393, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
Date of warrant, 4th July, 1883.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 19 acres, more or less, situated in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links wide and upwards traversing the Maungatautari No. 2 Block, No. 2279; commencing at a point on the Wairakau Stream at the place of its intersection by a mill-dam, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly and north-easterly generally for a distance of 15500 links or thereabouts to a stream which forms part of the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a point on the same at a distance of 3200 links or thereabouts from Trig. Station No. 1424: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3393, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 58 acres, 18 acres, and 12 acres, respectively, more or less, situated in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being road-lines and road reserves 100 links wide and upwards traversing the Horahora Block, No. 678. Portion containing 58 acres: Commencing at a point on the Wairakau Stream at a distance of 3200 links or thereabouts from Trig Station No. 1424; and thence continuing south-easterly and southerly for a distance of 51100 links or thereabouts in the direction of the points D and B and of Trig Station No. 1426 to its intersection by the Mangakara Stream at a point on the same 711 links or thereabouts to the north of station lettered A. Portion containing 18 acres: Commencing at a place on the Waikato River called or known by the name of Aniwaniwa, opposite to the mouth of the Pokaewhenua Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly, north-westerly, and southerly for a distance of 11250 links or thereabouts to a point on the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 3900 chains or thereabouts to the north of the point lettered B. Portion containing 12 acres: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the Horahora Block aforesaid at a distance of 16774 links or thereabouts from its southernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 12120 links or thereabouts to a point on the road first hereinbefore described at a distance of 2000 links or thereabouts to the eastward of the point lettered D: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3394, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 6 acres and 15 perches, more or less, situated in the Cambridge Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links in width and upwards traversing the northern portion of the Pukekura Block, No. 763; commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the above-mentioned block at a distance of 2500 links or thereabouts from the Waikato River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 5200 links or thereabouts to the Hauoira Stream at a distance of 1450 links or thereabouts from its confluence with the Waikato River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3392, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
Date of warrant, 3rd July, 1883.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 118 acres, more or less, situated in the Patetere North and South Survey Districts, and being a road-line 200 links wide traversing Te Waotu Block, No. 5221; commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Pokaewhenua Block, No. 2964, at a distance of 11424 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 59000 links or thereabouts to its intersection by the Waioraka River, and at a point on the same 96 chains or thereabouts due north of the south-western corner of the Pakuranga No. 2 Block, No. 4920A: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3324, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 22 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, situated in the Patetere South Survey District, and being a road-line 200 links wide traversing the south-western portion of the Pakuranga No. 2 Block, No. 4920A; commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Pakuranga No. 2 Block aforesaid at a distance of 6948 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 11470 links or thereabouts to the Waioraka Stream at a point on the same 96 chains or thereabouts due north of the south-western angle of the Pakuranga No. 2 Block aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3323, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
