SCHEDULE.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences near Packspur Trig. Station at a point marked C in Section No. 419, Block II., Castlepoint Survey District; thence it proceeds in a south-westerly direction through said Section No. 419 and through Section No. 418, same block and survey district; thence through Section No. 706, Block V., Castlepoint Survey District, to a point marked B: as the same is more particularly shown on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, Sheet No. 1.

All that road, 100 links wide, in continuation of the above, the centre of which commences at a point marked B in Section No. 711, Block IV., Castlepoint Survey District; thence it proceeds in a westerly and south-westerly direction through said Section No. 711, through Sections Nos. 712, 717, 716, and 718, Block IV., same survey district, to a point marked A near the Tinui River: as the same is more particularly shown on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, Sheet No. 2.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which begins at a point marked A in Section No. 377, Block XII., Mangapakeha Survey District, which point A is at its junction with the Castlepoint Road; thence it proceeds north-easterly through said Section No. 377 and through Section No. 375, Block VII., Castlepoint Survey District, to a point marked B, which point is situate on the northern boundary of said Section No. 375: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, Sheet No. 3.

The plans of which are deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 17th May, 1882.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A, which point is situate near the south-western corner of Section No. 85, Block V., Port Nicholson Survey District; thence it proceeds first in a southerly direction through Section No. 80; and thence in a northerly direction through said Section No. 80, same block and survey district, to a point marked C, which point is situate on the northern boundary of said section: as the same is more particularly shown on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 4th July, 1883.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A, which point is situate on the western boundary of Section No. 85, Block V., Port Nicholson Survey District; thence it proceeds first in a northerly, then in a southerly, and afterwards in a north-westerly direction through Sections Nos. 82, 80, 78, 81, and again through said Section No. 82, same block and survey district, to a point marked B, which point is situate on the western boundary of the last-named Section No. 82: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A, which point is situate at the eastern boundary of Section No. 65, Block IV., Port Nicholson Survey District; thence it proceeds in a southerly and south-westerly direction through Sections Nos. 82 and 81, Block V., Port Nicholson Survey District; thence through Section No. 65, Block IV., same survey district, to a point marked B on the western boundary of above-mentioned Section No. 65; again commencing at a point marked C on the western boundary of Section No. 96, Block IV., Port Nicholson Survey District, it proceeds in a westerly direction to a point marked D in Section No. 63, same block and survey district: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 4th July, 1883.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked B near the Whareama River, in Section No. 820, Block IV., Mangapakeha Survey District, and proceeds in a north-easterly direction through the said section to a point marked C; as the same is more particularly shown on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 17th May, 1882.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A on the southern boundary of Section No. 823, Block III., Mangapakeha Survey District, and proceeds in a north-easterly direction through part of the last-mentioned section and through Sections Nos. 829, 833, and 834 into Section No. 820, Block IV., Mangapakeha Survey District, to a point marked B in the last-mentioned section; as the same is more particularly shown on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 17th May, 1882.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A on the eastern boundary of Section 67, Block XI., Wangaehu Survey District, and proceeds generally in a north-westerly direction through the said section to a point marked B on the northern boundary of the same; as the same is more particularly shown on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 11th February, 1880.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A near Packspur Trig Station, in Section No. 419, Block II., Castlepoint Survey District, and proceeds generally in a westerly and north-westerly direction through Sections Nos. 419, 420, 416, 415, 413, 411, 471, 821, and 820, again through 821, and again into 820, Blocks II. and I. Castlepoint, IV. Mangapakeha, XIII. Aohanga, and XVI. Puketoi, Survey Districts, to a point marked F in the last-mentioned section: excepting therefrom the portions from points B to C and D to E; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, and deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 17th May, 1883.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A on the road from Masterton to Tenui in Section No. 270, Block XV., Mangapakeha Survey District, and proceeds first in a north-easterly direction and afterwards generally in a north-westerly direction through Sections Nos. 270, 747, 746, 271, 272, 745, 744, 880, 881, and 879, Blocks XV., XI., and X.. Mangapakeha Survey District; excepting therefrom the portion between points B and C to a point marked D on the north-west boundary of Section No. 881: as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, and deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A near the south-eastern corner of Section No. 8, Block XVI., Puketoi Survey District; thence it proceeds first in a south-eastern and afterwards in a northern and eastern direction to a point marked B, which point is situate on the southern boundary of Section No. 6, same block and survey district; as the same is more particularly shown on plan marked S.O. ¹⁸⁸⁵, deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington,

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked B on the southern boundary of part 6 of Section 54, Block XIII., Wangaehu Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction through the said part 6 and into part 5 of the same section to a point marked A, Block IX., Wangaehu Survey District; also all that road, 100 links wide, commencing at a point marked C in part 5 above mentioned, and proceeding generally in a south-easterly direction to a point marked D on the south-eastern boundary of the said part 5, Block XIII, Wangaehu Survey District: as the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked ¹⁸⁸⁵, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 31st March, 1883.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked A on the north-western boundary of the Te Roto No. 1 Block, and proceeds generally in a south-easterly direction through Te Roto Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, Turangarahui No. 2 Block, Turangarahui No. 2A Block, and again through Turangarahui No. 2 Block, all situate in Block IX., Waitohu Survey District, to a point marked B on the south-eastern boundary of the said Turangarahui No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked S.O. ¹⁵⁴⁴, Sheet No. 1, and deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 28th August, 1883.

All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at a point marked B on the north-western boundary of the Rahui Block, Block IX., Waitohu Survey District; and from thence proceeding generally in a south-easterly direction through the said block to a point marked C on its southern boundary; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked S.O. ¹⁵⁴⁴, Sheet No. 2, and deposited in the District Survey Office Wellington.

Date of warrant, 28th August, 1883.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty's Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Auckland, this twenty-ninth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.
