Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of Roads over Lands in the Auckland Provincial District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in a warrant of the date given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 66 acres 3 roods 32 perches, more or less, situated in the Whangara Survey District, and being a road-line varying in width and a road reserve traversing the Puatae Block; commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Pokotakina Block at a distance of 84 chains or thereabouts from the seaward termination of that boundary, being the middle of the road aforesaid; and thence continuing north-easterly and north-westerly generally for a distance of 35785 links or thereabouts to the Pakarae River at a distance of 750 links or thereabouts from its confluence with the Makokako Stream; and thence continuing to the Makokako Stream aforesaid at a distance of 950 links or thereabouts from its mouth: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3378, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 11 perches, more or less, situated in the Whangara Survey District, and being a road-line varying in width and traversing the eastern portion of the Pokotakina Block, No. 5254; commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 84 chains or thereabouts from the sea-coast, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 3725 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 380 links or thereabouts from the sea: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3378, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 28 perches, and 2 acres 3 roods 16 perches, respectively, more or less, situated in the Whangara Survey District, and being road-lines varying in width and traversing portions of the Pakarae No. 1 Block, No. 5255. Portion containing 3 acres and 28 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 100 links or thereabouts from the sea, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing along the sea-coast for a distance of 3379 links or thereabouts. Portion containing 2 acres 3 roods 16 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Pakarae No. 1 Block aforesaid at a distance of 380 links or thereabouts from the sea; and thence continuing southerly to the sea-coast for a distance of 2875 links or thereabouts: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3378, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 1 perch, situated in the Whangara Survey District, and being a road line varying in width and lying along the south-eastern side of the Pakarae Block, No. 5256; commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 100 links or thereabouts from the sea, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing south-westerly generally along the coast for a distance of 9013 links or thereabouts to a point on the Pakarae River: be all the aforesaid frontages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3378, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 8 perches, 70 acres and 20 perches, 15 acres and 14 perches, 3 acres and 21 perches, and 3 roods, respectively, more or less, situated in the Whangara Survey District, and being road-lines 100 links wide and varying in width, and road reserves, and traversing the Whangara Block, No. 843. Portion containing 3 roods 8 perches: Commencing at a point on the Pouawa River at a distance of 950 links or thereabouts from its mouth, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly for a distance of 800 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road. Portion containing 70 acres and 20 perches: Commencing at a point on the sea-coast at a distance of 350 links or thereabouts northerly from the mouth of the Pouawa River, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing northerly and easterly generally for a distance of 63007 links or thereabouts to the Pakarae River at a point on the same 800 links or thereabouts from its mouth; and thence by another line running at right angles to the aforesaid road for a distance of 660 links or thereabouts to the sea. Portion containing 15 acres and 14 perches: Commencing at a point on the middle of the road last described at a distance of 12604 links from the sea, near the mouth of the Pouawa River, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing north-easterly and south-easterly generally for a distance of 11576 links to the sea-coast at a distance of 112 chains or thereabouts from the mouth of the Waiomoku
