NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND,
BAY OF PLENTY DISTRICT.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Maketu,
in the said district, on the 20th and 22nd days of June,
1883, upon the hearing of a claim for the subdivision of a
parcel of land situate in the said district and known as
“Paeroa East”; and in the matter of the several applica-
tions of Huta Tangihia and others for a rehearing upon such
claim: and of Nikora Te Tuhi and others, for a rehearing
upon Paeroa East No. 2a, 2b, 3a and 3c; and of Hataraka
Te Amohau for a rehearing upon Paeroa East No. 3a and
No. 3c; and of Tamati Tangihia and others, and of Mikaere
Heretaunga and others, for a rehearing upon Paeroa East
No. 1b; and of Waretini Ngawaea and others, and of Tamati
Tangihia and others, and of Hera Te Rangipaiа, on behalf
of the minors, and of Ngawaea Waratini and others, and
Pare Rautuku and others, and Mikaere Heretaunga and
others, for a rehearing upon Paeroa East No. 2b.
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court,
and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me,
do hereby dismiss each of the said several applications.

Notice of Time and Place for inspecting Plan after inter-
locutory Order.
MANGOREWA-KAHAROA BLOCK.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 15th April, 1884.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Ohinemutu, on the 30th
day of March, 1882, and following days, an order
was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the
names of Makereta W. M. Hikairo and others, should be
registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of
their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper
survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the
plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the
Courthouse of the Native Land Court, Ohinemutu, on the
21st day of April, 1884.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the
boundaries of the said block as defined by the said plan, he
must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds
of his objection. All such objections will be heard and
determined at the sitting of the Court now being held at
Ohinemutu, on the 1st day of May, 1884.
