THAT all elections of members of the Ashley Road Board be held under the forty-ninth section of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly passed in accordance with the seventy-fifth section of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

Special Order made by Bruce County Council.—Merging Crichton and Kaitangata Road Districts.

THE following special order, made by the Bruce County Council, is published in accordance with “The Counties Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER.

THAT the Crichton and Kaitangata Road Boards be dissolved, and the Crichton and Kaitangata Road Districts merged into the county on and after the 19th day of April, 1884.

I hereby certify that the special order of the Bruce County Council to dissolve and merge the Crichton and Kaitangata District Road Boards has been duly made according to “The Counties Act, 1876,” and its amendments.

THE following special order, made by the Clutha County Council, is published in accordance with “The Counties Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER.

THAT this Council, by special order, alter the boundaries of the Clutha Road District, so that it shall be bounded on the South by the Puerua Stream, the Little Puerua Stream, the southern boundary of Sections Nos. 23, 22, 20, 19, and 17, Block IX., Warepa, and the southern boundary of Run 72A ; and on the West by the Waiwera Stream to the point where it meets the southern boundary of the Clinton Riding.

I hereby certify that the special order as above was duly made, and was passed by the Clutha County Council on the 25th January, 1884.
