Section No. 88, Square 6.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 24 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 88, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, being a road-line 100 links wide, the eastern side of which commences at a point on southern boundary of said section distant from its south-western corner 1750 links, and extends Northerly by lines to the River Dove, 2650 links: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Section No. 135, Square 6.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 27 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 135, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, being a road-line 50 links wide, the western side of which commences at southern corner of Section No. 77, and extends South-westerly by lines, 2364 links, to a point on southern boundary distant from south-eastern corner of said Section No. 135, 750 links: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Section No. 137, Square 6.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 3 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 137, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, and being a road-line 50 links wide, the western side of which commences at a point on northern boundary of said section distant from its north-eastern corner 750 links, and extends Southerly, 2539 links, to a point on southern boundary distant from south-east corner of said section 1106 links: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Sections Nos. 138 and 139, Square 6.

All those three pieces or parcels of land containing by admeasurement a total area of 7 acres and 27 perches, be the same more or less, being portions of Sections 138 and 139, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

First.—A road-line not less than 50 links wide, the western side of which commences at a point on the northern boundary of Section No. 138 distant from its north-eastern corner 1106 links, and extends Southerly, 5080 links, to a point on southern boundary of said section distant from the south-eastern corner 168 links, and containing 3 acres 1 rood 28 perches.

Second.—A road-line 50 links wide, the south-east side of which commences at a point on southern boundary of Section No. 139 distant from its south-eastern corner 2743 links, and extends North-easterly, 6760 links, to road-angle peg xiii., distant by lines from commencement of portion already described 2031 links, and containing 3 acres 1 rood 28 perches.

Third.—A road-line 50 links wide, the western side of which commences at a point on southern boundary of Section No. 139 distant from its south-eastern corner 800 links, and extends Northerly, 620 links, to a point distant from commencement of second portion already described 2136 links, and containing 1 rood 11 perches.

Section No. 64, Square 6.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 20 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 64, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, and being a road-line the northern side of which commences at a point on southern boundary of said Section No. 64 distant from its south-eastern corner 4835 links; thence following a line bearing 292° 30′ W., 381 links, and a line bearing 279° 26′ W., 415 links, to the bank of Stanley Brook; thence Southerly by the said stream to the southern boundary of said Section No. 64; thence Easterly along said boundary to starting point: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Section No. 80, Upper Motueka.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 17 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 80, Upper Motueka District, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, being a road-line 75 links wide, the south-western side of which commences at a point on northern boundary of Section No. 80 distant from its north-western corner 4785 links, and extends South-easterly by lines, 2475 links, to a point on southern boundary-line of said section distant 5888 links from its south-western corner: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Section No. 82, Upper Motueka.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 29 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 82, Upper Motueka District, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, being a road-line 75 links wide, the south-western side of which commences at a point on northern boundary of said Section No. 82 distant from its north-western corner 2909 links, and extends south-easterly by a line, 2579 links, to a point on southern boundary of said section distant 4785 links from its south-western corner: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Section No. 84, Upper Motueka.

All those two pieces or parcels of land containing by admeasurement a total area of 4 acres 1 rood 7 perches, be the same more or less, being portions of Section No. 84, Upper Motueka District, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

First.—A road-line 75 links wide, the eastern side of which commences at a point on western boundary of said Section No. 84 distant from its south-western corner 324 links, and extends North-easterly 3255 links, and South-easterly 1876 links, to a point on southern boundary of said section 2909 links from its south-western corner.

Second.—A road-line 75 links wide, the western side of which commences at a point on northern boundary of said Section No. 84 distant from its north-western corner 2529 links, and extends southerly by a line, 518 links, to junction with road already described.

Sections Nos. 86, 88, and 90, Upper Motueka.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 13 perches, be the same more or less, portions of Sections Nos. 86 and 88, Upper Motueka District, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, and of Section 90, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wangapeka, respectively, being a road-line 75 links wide, the western side of which commences at a point on the southern boundary of Section No. 86 distant from its south-western corner 2029 links, and extends Northerly by a line, 7780 links, to a point on northern boundary of Section No. 90 distant 5178 links from its north-western corner: as the same is delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Section No. 66, Square 6.

All those two pieces or parcels of land containing by admeasurement a total area of 3 acres 2 roods 3 perches, be the same more or less, being portions of Section No. 66, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wangapeka: as delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

First.—A road-line 75 links wide, the western side of which commences at a point on southern boundary of said Section No. 66 distant from its south-western corner 5178 links, and extends Northward by lines, 3288 links, to a point on the north-western boundary distant 5884 links from western corner.

Second.—A road-line 75 links wide, the southern side of which commences at a point on eastern side of road already described, distant from southern boundary of said Section No. 66 520 links, and extends Eastward to Stanley Brook by lines, 1403 links.

Section No. 121, Square 6.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 24 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 121, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wangapeka, being a road-line 75 links wide, the western side of which commences at a point on the southern boundary of said Section No. 121 distant from its south-western corner 5884 links, and extends North-westerly by lines, 3203 links, to a point on northern boundary of said section 5654 links from its western corner: as the same is delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Section No. 116, Square 6.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 32 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 116, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wangapeka, being a road-line averaging 75 links in width, the western side of which commences at a point on southern boundary of said Section No. 116 distant from its south-western corner 3454 links, and extends Northward to a point near the junction of Stanley Brook with the River Motueka by lines, 6211 links: as the same is delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.

Section No. 112, Square 6.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3 roods 4 perches, be the same more or less, portion of Section No. 112, Square 6, situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, being a road-line 50 links wide, the southern side of which commences at a point on eastern boundary of said Section No. 112 distant from its north-eastern corner 533 links, and extends Westerly by lines, 1600 links, to a point on northern boundary of said section distant 1521 links from its north-eastern corner: as the same is delineated on the plan in the Nelson Survey Office.
