35 Tamati Waka, Riki Raka, Pita Te Hangi, Rapata Pokiha, and Tamara Takuna Whakapoi, in the District of Ohinemuri Commence at the West, Te Ahipakura, proceed along the stream of Te Kapukapu, turn Eastward, proceed toward the South, Te Poun garahui, turn, descend to the stream of Whakapoi, and proceed Westward to the road.
36 Merea Wikiriwhi, Pakara Te Paoro, and Hapi Rewi Pakikauowhai, in the District of Ohinemuri The Eastern side is Hararahi; the Northern side is the Ohinemuri River; the Western side is Otaotarahi, which is Native lands; and the Southern side is the boundary of Pirauraihi; and returns to the starting point.
37 Reha Aperahama, Haora Tareranui, Keepa Te Wharau, Te Karana Hou, and A. Pepene Te Aroha (land which has not passed the Court), in the District of Te Aroha On the Eastern side is the boundary of Katikati; the Northern side is Waitawheta; the Western side is Te Aroha; and the Southern side is Waiharakeke. The real boundaries are on the map.

39 Reha Aperahama, Keepa Te Wharau, Rina Mokena, Harete Te Wharau, Aihe Pepene, and others Kahatakina, in the District of Te Aroha Commence at Otuhitu, turn Eastward, join the boundary of Katikati, Wairakau, turn Northward, Puketawhero, turn Westward, the boundary of Te Aroha, Kahatakina, and turn Southward to Otuhitu. Land which has not passed the Court on each side; in the midst is Kahatakina.
40 The Governor ... Waiharakeke East ... Bounded towards the North-east by lines 50,216 links; towards the South-east and South-west by the Wairere Stream and the Waihou River 82,600 links; and towards the North-west by Te Aroha Block 22,260 links.
