MINING LEASE.—APPLICATION WITHDRAWN.

NOTICE is hereby given that the application of RICHARD WHEELER, EDWARD MORGAN, and SAMUEL MCCULLOUGH for a gold-mining lease of six acres of land on the Vinegar Flat, St. Bathans, lodged at the Warden’s Office, Naseby, on 12th November, 1883, has been withdrawn, and that the ground referred to in such application is open to persons holding miners’ rights or business licenses, or to applicants for a lease, as if no lease of the said ground had ever been applied for.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Bannockburn Gold-Mining Company as a Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1872.”

1. The name of the company is to be the Bannockburn Gold-Mining Company (Limited).

2. The place of intended operations is at Crushington, in the County of Inangahua, in the Colony of New Zealand.
