register, under “The Trade Marks Act, 1866,” the trade
mark of which the following is a description :—

Description of Trade Mark.

A circular belt with buckle. On the belt are the words
“Selwyn Hat Works, Dunedin, N.Z.” Surmounting the
belt is a crown; within the belt is the representation of a
rabbit sitting amongst grass; beneath the belt is a flourished
scroll and the words “Rabbit Fur Felt.”
