district, under the name of the Titirangi and Manukau Road District; that the proposed road district be divided into two subdivisions, to be called respectively the Titirangi and Manukau Subdivisions; and that the Board of the proposed road district consist of six members, three of whom shall be elected by the ratepayers of each subdivision.
- That the number of members of the Council be increased to nine. That the Riding of Ararimu return three members; the Riding of Waitakerei, one member; the Riding of Waikomiti, one member; the Riding of Manukau, one member; the Riding of Takapuna, two members; and the Riding of Weiti, one member.
I hereby certify that all the forms of law in respect of the above special orders have been duly complied with.
