In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authorities specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

| All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, situate in the Town of Naseby, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, and marked "Cemetery Reserve" on the map of the said town. Bounded towards the North by a road-line, 833Β·5 links; towards the East by a road-line, 1200 links; towards the South by a road-line, 833Β·5 links; and towards the West by Crown lands, 1200 links. |
