NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership subsisting between the undersigned as Millers, the business whereof was carried on at the Sentry Hill Mills, in the County of Taranaki, was dissolved on and from the 1st day of October, 1884. Mr. JOSEPH LITTLE will continue the business on his own account, under the style of “J. Little and Company,” and receive all debts owing to, and settle all claims upon, the partnership.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, ROBERT GARRETT and JOSEPH GRAY, as Farmers, at Sanson, Manawatu, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the 21st day of October.

The said Joseph Gray will hereafter carry on the business in his own name and on his own account.

All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Joseph Gray.

NOTICE is hereby given that I, the undersigned, ALOYSIUS JOHN THOMAS McCURDY, of Wellington, in the County of Hutt, New Zealand (born at Monument Lane, Ladywood, Birmingham, England), Telegraphist and Electrician, have changed my name to ANGUS JOHN McCURDY; and that I have taken and assumed, and intend henceforth from time to time, and at all times hereafter, to be known by, the name of Angus John McCurdy, instead and in lieu of the name of Aloysius John Thomas McCurdy, which I have heretofore borne.

I, ALBERT MARTIN, Bachelor of Medicine of the University of London, and Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, England, 1883, now residing in Wellington, hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to you on the 5th of December to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited my evidence and qualifications in the office of the Registrar-General of the Colony at Wellington.

I HEREBY convene a general meeting of Shareholders of the above company, to be helden in the company’s office, High Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 14th day of January, 1885, at half-past 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of receiving an account from the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the company disposed of.

NEW ZEALAND HANSARD.

GREAT REDUCTION IN PRICE.

THE House of Representatives having ordered that Hansard should be offered for sale to the public at the cost of paper, presswork, and binding (exclusive of composition), this is to notify that the subscription of Ten Shillings for each session hitherto charged is now REDUCED to TWOPENCE per PART, post free. The average number of parts per session is thirty, so that subscribers wishing to take them for the session should pay for that number.

All Postmasters throughout the colony are authorized to receive the names and addresses of intending subscribers, on prepayment of subscriptions.

Orders will be supplied only from the date of their reception at the Government Printing Office at Wellington, unless previous numbers should be in stock.

Hansard is published in bi-weekly parts on Tuesdays and Fridays.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
