NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-
after described will be brought under the provisions
of “The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” unless caveat be lodged
forbidding the same on or before the 13th day of December,
1884.

729, City of Wellington (Douglas Wallace Street). In occu-
pation of Samuel Young and Patrick Doyle.

Mining Notices.
I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Otago Central Gold-Mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies
Act, 1872.”
-
The name of the company is to be the Otago Central
Gold-Mining Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at Rough Ridge, County of
Maniototo. -
The registered office of the company will be situate at
Naseby. -
The nominal capital of the company is five thousand
pounds, in ten thousand shares of ten shillings each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is eight thousand
one hundred and seventy-four, being not less than two-
thirds of the entire number of shares in the company. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.

The amount already paid up is threepence per share.

The name of the Manager is Leslie Athol Norman.
