Land Transfer Act Notices.

I HEREBY give notice that, after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, it is my intention to proceed with the registration of a certain dealing affecting the land included in Provisional Register, Vol. vii., folio 221, being Section 80, Eltham Village, of which FREDERICK JOHN CORBETT is the registered Proprietor. Evidence of loss of the above receipt having been given as required by the Land Transfer Act, caveat may be lodged at this office within the period above named.

APPLICATION having been made to me, by the Administrator of the estate of the late MICHAEL MURPHY, to register a dealing affecting those pieces of land situated in the Timaru District, being Lot 67, deposited Plan 263, contained in certificate of title, Vol. xlvi., folio 72, and Lot 20, deposited Plan 120, contained in certificate of title, Vol. li., folio 52, whereof the said Michael Murphy is the registered Proprietor, and a statutory declaration of the loss of the said certificates having been lodged with me, and the said Administrator having applied for the issue of provisional certificates, I hereby give notice that I shall register such dealing and issue the provisional certificates as requested at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, unless in the meantime a caveat be lodged forbidding the same.

Mining Notices.

KORANUI COAL MINING COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION.

IN pursuance of provisions of clause 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” I hereby call a General Meeting of the company, to be held at the Chamber of Commerce, on Wednesday, the 10th December, 1884, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of laying before the meeting the final statement of accounts, and to report that the affairs of the company are fully wound up.

SECTION 31 OF “THE MINES ACT, 1877.”

To the Mining Registrar at Alexandra South of the Mining District of Dunstan, and all other persons whom it may concern.

TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a Water-race and divert tail-water for irrigation and domestic purposes, commencing in Obelisk Creek, about 250 yards above the residence of George Wilkinson, and terminating on Section 59, Block I., Cairn Hill District. The length of such race will be half a mile or thereabouts, with a mean depth of 1 foot and breadth of 18 inches; intended course nearly east and west; and it is proposed to divert one Government-head of water. The time required for the construction and completion of such race is one month.
