NOTE.—The leases of the foregoing runs are sold subject to the general provisions as to runs specified in “The Land Act, 1877,” and amendments of same. Possession on day of sale, except Runs 450 and 456, the leases of which do not expire until 1st March, 1885, when possession will be given. The highest rental paid for any run, to be licensed for twenty-one years, will be that payable for the first seven years of the license; for the second seven years, double that amount; and for the third seven years, treble.

N.B.—Full particulars will be given in Daily Times every Wednesday and Saturday, and in Witness every Saturday: also by handbills, to be had at the District Land Offices, Railway Stations, Police Stations, Post Offices, and at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned sections which have been withheld from sale will be open for application on deferred payments three months hence, in terms of clause 153 of “The Land Act, 1877,” namely:—

Block I., Seaward Bush Township: Section No. 26, 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches; section No. 36, 5 acres; Section No. 59, 5 acres; Section No. 63, 4 acres 2 roods; Section No. 67, 4 acres 2 roods; and Section No. Os, 4 acres 2 roods.

Section No. 58, Block XIV., Jacob’s River Hundred, 32 acres a roods 21 perches, which has also been withheld from sale, will be sold by public auction for cash.

Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the outstanding duplicate of a certain lease (registered number 190) from WILLIAM LINE to WILLIAM JOHN DRIVER, of land in the Township of Feilding, will be treated as lost, and the production thereof, for the purpose of registering a certain dealing with the said lease, will be dispensed with, unless caveat be lodged at this office on or before the 10th day of October, 1884.

NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM MOFFAT, of Palmerston North, has applied for the issue to him of a provisional certificate of title for Suburban Section 1034, Township of Palmerston North. Registered Vol. xxvii., folio 237, on the ground that the original outstanding duplicate of title has been lost or mislaid. A provisional certificate will be issued accordingly, unless caveat be lodged at this office on or before the 10th day of October, 1884.
