On Friday, the 28th day of November, at 11 o’clock in the
forenoon, the under-mentioned lands will be submitted for
sale, for cash, by public auction, at the Land Office, Christ-
church:—

Terms of Sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to be paid
at time of sale, and the balance within one month there-
after, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way
of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of
the land shall henceforward be null and void.
Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of purchase.

ments of Crown lands will be offered for sale by public
auction, at the Land Office, Nelson, on Monday, the 22nd
September, 1884, at 12 o’clock noon.
One-fourth of the purchase-money must be paid at the
time of sale, and the remainder within one calendar month
from that date, or the deposit forfeited.
