SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Whakatane, on the 10th day of January next, will be heard the application of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditament comprised in the Crown grant of the piece of land the name of which appears in the second column, situate in the district named in the third column.
And, in pursuance of the provision of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant, or other instrument of title, relative to any of the lands aforesaid, are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.

Notice of the Proposed Cancellation of certain Crown Grants.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting to be held at Whakatane, Bay of Plenty, on the 10th day of January, 1884, the Native Land Court will take into coonsideration and deal with certain applications under the twenty-fourth section of “The Native Reserves Act, 1882,” made by the Public Trustee to have the Crown Grants relating to the several lands and in favour of the several grantees mentioned in the Schedule hereto annulled, and to have other instruments of title substituted therefor, wherein the names of all the persons entitled to the several pieces of land shall be inserted, and the trusts upon which such land is to be held indorsed.
