HE Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai, kei tetahi nohoanga o te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Whakatane, a te 10 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1884, te whakawakia ai etahi tono i tukua mai nei e te Kaitiaki mo te Katoa i runga i Tekihona 24 o “Te Ture Whenua Rahui mo nga Maori, 1882,” kia whakakahoretia nga Karauna Karaati o nga whenua e mau ake nei nga ingoa i roto i te Kupu Apiti i raro iho nei, i puta ra aua Karauna Karaati ki nga tangata e mau ana o ratou ingoa i roto ana i taua Kupu Apiti, a, kia whakaputaina ano e te Kooti etahi Pukapuka Whakatuturu, e tuhia ai nga ingoa o nga tangata katoa no ratou aua pihi whenua; me tuhituhi hoki ki runga ki aua Pukapuka Whakatuturu nga tikanga here mo aua whenua.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT NEW ZEALAND, MANAWATU DISTRICT.

IN the matter of a decision of the Court given at Otaki, in the said district, on the 29th day of August, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest in the Pukehou No. 46 Block, in the said district, of Heremaia lately deceased; and in the matter of the application of Oriwia Ratana for a rehearing upon the aforesaid claim:

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

Dated at Napier, the 17th day of December, 1883.
