IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND. MANAWATU DISTRICT.
IN the matter of a decision of the Court given at Otaki, in the said district, on the 29th day of August, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest in the Pukehou No. 46 Block, in the said district, of Katarina Ngato, lately deceased; and in the matter of the application of Oriwia Ratana for a rehearing upon the aforesaid claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
Dated at Napier, this 17th day of December, 1883.

I RUNGA i tetahi Whakataunga a te Kooti i Otaki, i taua Takiwa, i te 29 o nga ra o Akuhata, o 1883, i runga hoki i te whakaturanga o tetahi kereme riiwhi mo te whakawakanga i te paanga o Katarina Ngato, kua mate ake nei, ki tetahi piihi whenua i roto i taua Takiwa, ko “Pukehou Nama 46,” te ingoa:
A, i runga hoki i te tono a Oriwia Ratana, kia whakawakia tuaruatia ano taua kereme:
Na, ko ahau, ko Hone Eruini Maketanara, te Tumuaki Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti, i runga i te mana kua tukua mai nei ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakakahore atu nei i taua tono.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Gisborne, in the said district, on the 29th day of August, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district, and known as “Umumango”; and in the matter of the application of Te Otene Pomare for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me do hereby dismiss such application.
