UNDAUNTED GOLD-MINING AND WATER-RACE
COMPANY (LIMITED.)

I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an
increase in the capital of the above-named Company
was, on the 8th day of September, 1883, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing twenty-four
new shares of one hundred pounds each, fully paid up, in
addition to the ninety-six shares now existing in the Company.
Dated this 8th day of September, 1883.

  3. Thomas Flannery and Edward Murphy, whose signatures
    are affixed to the said statement, are Directors of the said
    Company; and I make this solemn declaration conscien-
    tiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of an
    Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
    Justices of the Peace Act, 1882."

PANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special reso-
lution has been passed by the above-named Company,
in accordance with the provision of section 86 of "The Com-
panies Act, 1882," viz.: "That the New Zealand Deep Sea
Fishing Company (Limited) be wound-up voluntarily."
Dated at Dunedin this 14th day of September, 1883.

IN LIQUIDATION.

I HEREBY call a General Meeting of the Shareholders of
the above-named Company, to be held at the offices of
Messrs. Russell and Campbell, solicitors, Wyndham Street,
Auckland, on Tuesday, the 30th day of October, 1883, at the
hour of 3 o'clock in the afternoon, to consider the Liquidator's
account, and to pass a resolution—"That the affairs of the
Company have been fairly wound up."

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £2
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should
be made payable.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.
