wards the South-east by Section 38,
988 links; towards the South-west
by a road-line, 742 links; and to-
wards the North-west by a road-
line, 982 links, to the point of com-
mencement: be all the aforesaid

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the forty-fifth section of "The Ceme-
teries Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the local authority specified in the first column of the Sche-
dule hereto to have the control and management of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said Sche-
dule.
