THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Subdivision No. 1.
All that area bounded towards the North by the main
public road forming the boundaries of the following sections
and crossing all intervening public roads: Nos. 343, 375, and
342, Block V., Nos. 281, 341, and 340, Block VI; generally
towards the East by public roads forming the boundaries of
the following sections, and crossing all intervening public
roads: Nos. 340, 229, and 228, Block VI., Nos. 227, 272, 270,
267, 266, 278, 277, 259, 258, Block X., Nos. 251, 250, 464, 253,
252, and 254, Block XI., and across Crown land to the sea;
towards the South by the sea; and towards the West by the
Whenuakura River.

Subdivision No. 2.
All that area bounded towards the North by the northern
side of the public road forming the boundaries of the follow-
ing sections, and crossing all intervening public roads, viz.:
Nos. 338 and 140, Block VI., Nos. 136 and 39, Block VII.,
Nos. 38, 17, 16, 15, 14, and 13, Block XI.; towards the East,
crossing all intervening public roads, by the eastern side of
the public road intersecting Sections Nos. 413 and 412,
Block XI., and forming the western boundaries of Sections
Nos. 142 and 410, Block XIII., and by the production of the
said eastern side of the said public road through Section No.
465, Block XIII., to the sea; towards the South by the sea;
and generally towards the West by Subdivision No. 1, herein-
before described.

Subdivision No. 3.
All that area bounded generally towards the North by a
main public road forming the boundaries of Section No. 338,
Block VI., and No. 337, Block VII., to the western boundary
of Section No. 335, Block VII.; thence crossing all interven-
ing public roads, bounded by Sections Nos, 335, 334, 333, 332,
331, 327, 325, 324, 323, 322, 321, 320, and 319, Block VII., and
by the western boundary of Section No. 317, Block VII.,
again by the said main public road forming the boundaries
[No. 94
of the following sections, and crossing all intervening public
roads: Nos. 317, 316, and 315, Block VII., and No. 314,
Block VIII.; towards the East by a public road forming
the eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 314, 5, and 4, Block
VIII., and No. 3, Block XIII.; and generally towards the
South, crossing all intervening public roads, by a public road
forming the southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 3, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, and 38, Block XI., Nos. 39 and 136, Block VII.,
and Nos. 140 and 338, Block VI.

Subdivision No. 4.
All that area bounded generally towards the North by a
public road forming the northern boundaries of part of
Section No. 413, and Sections Nos. 408, 307, 354, 401, 402,
403, 309, 308, and 302, Block XIII., and across all inter-
vening public roads to the Waitotara River; towards the
East by the Waitotara River to the sea; towards the South
by the sea; and towards the West by Subdivision No. 2,
hereinbefore described.

Subdivision No. 5.
All that area bounded towards the North by a public road
forming the northern boundaries of Sections Nos. 313 (across
a public road), 312, 311, and 310, Block XIII.; towards the
East by Section No. 305, Block XIII., and by the Waitotara
River; towards the South by Subdivision No. 4; and towards
the West by Subdivision No. 3, both hereinbefore described.
