IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT. NEW ZEALAND. BAY OF PLENTY DISTRICT.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Maketu, in the said district, on the 6th day of April,
1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district and
known as Tapati; and in the matter of the application of Rota Te Wharehuia and others for a rehearing
upon Tapati No. 1.
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf
vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
Dated this 30th day of August, 1883.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Cambridge in the said district, on the 24th day of
November, 1882, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district,
and known as Waotu North; and in the matter of the applications of Ieni Tapihana for Te Waotu No. 1;
of Kamariera Heretaunga and others for a part of Te Waotu No. I; and of Hori Wirihana and others for
Te Ruakokowai, part of Te Waotu No. 1 North; for a rehearing of that claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf
vested in me, do hereby dismiss such applications.
