Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.
TAHANUI No. 2 BLOCK.
DISTRICT OF HAURAKI, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 20th August, 1883.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Shortland on the 30th day of November, 1881, and following days, an
order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Aporo Te Riha and others
should be registered as the owners of Tahanui No. 1A; Reupena Whetuki and others, of Tahanui No. 2A;
Aihe Pepene and others, of Tahanui No. 3A; Ngapari Whaiapu and others, of Tahanui No. 4A; Katarina
Whakaharuru and others, of Tahanui No. 5A; Hohepa Paraone and others, of Tahanui No. 6A; Tautoru
Tawa and others, of Tahanui No. 7A; Parata Te Mapu and others, of Tahanui No. 8A; and Pirika Riupoto
and others, of Tahanui No. 9A; and that certificates of their titles thereto should be made and issued when
a proper survey should be made; Now, notice is hereby given, that the plan of such survey was deposited
for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, at Grahamstown, on the 24th day of August,
1882, and following days. And objections have been made to the boundaries of the said block as defined by
the said plan, notice of which has been given to the Court, stating the grounds of the objection.
These objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be held at Shortland, on the
18th day of September, 1883.
