18 Renata Wharuhe, Paraone Otutu at Mangamaunui The boundary on the west is at Pikahaki;
Wharuhe, and Poharama the boundary on the north is Pawakataka;
Wharuhe the boundary on the east is Tautapu: that
is all. It then joins up at Otutu.
19 Raihania Tamaherangi, Te Waipapa Native Reserve, The boundary commences at Parangahau,
Oti Wira, Te Reweti, Te at Kaikoura thence to the end of the boundary-line of
Hiakai, Hare Tamati, Kepa the reserve, reaches Tamahoko's Pa; thence
Kaiwai, and Te One Mei- southwards Te Waikahika, Taheremaro;
hana thence to Rangiata, the southern boundary.
20 Mu, Whaaruhe, and Rina Awahaehae at Kaikoura Commences at the Haehae Stream; thence
Tipa to Opa, thence Pirinoa, thence Pou-a-te-
kuha, stops there and turns inland, reaches
Pari-a-Hinerautahi, stops there and turns
eastward of Tuhapu; thence along the
Ramauana Stream to Mokaikuku; thence
along the coast-line, meeting again at the
Haehae Stream.
21 Hohaia Muriho, Kiore, Ra- Ohui at Kaikoura Pemania is the southern boundary, from
mari and Tuihana whence the boundary continues to Kai-
whare, the eastern boundary.
22 Ihaia Te Awanui, Hoani Mangamaunu Native Tohapuku is the southern boundary, thence
Rawiri Kingi, Tiaki Para- Reserve Te Akemorotonu, the line of Wharetitara.

23 Irai Tihau, Aperahama Ihaia, Mikonui at Amuri Okehe is the southern boundary, thence to
Hariata Te Aika Otautu for a distance of 638 chains. The
eastern boundary is 51 chains; contains

and Hariata Te Aika thence to the Waimarara stream, which
forms the eastern boundary.
25 Kerehoma Ponewhai and Te Oue at Kaikoura The boundary commences at Kaiotapui,
Oti Wira Tamaherangi thence it follows along Te Kakara, thence
to Moamo, thence to Waewae; turns north-
ward and reaches Waipapeke, and follows
along its boundaries. That is all.
26 Rawiri, Renata, and Ihaia Ngatakaiheke, a burial- This is the description of the boundaries:
Kaimoko ground near Kaikoura Commence at Wairukuhia, thence to Turei-
tekura on the southern side; and there is a
boundary on the east; the land has not
been surveyed.
27 Aperahama te Aika, Irai Makura, part of Amuri The southern boundary is Tumatua, thence
Tihau, and Ihaia Te Awa- to Puahou, thence it reaches Waipapa, the
nui eastern boundary, where that land ceases.
28 Riria, Ihaia Riria, and Ratima Whakaupokotangata This is the description of the boundaries:
Commence at Te Parua the eastern bound-
ary, thence to the Tumatakuru Creek,
thence to the sea, which is the southern
boundary.
29 Matiaha Te Maunga, Rihia Paruparu at Hoiere Bounded on all sides by the sea; it is an
Te Honemaru, and Hapiata island.
