Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for
the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in
the second column of the said Schedule.

John Devery. | situate in the Town of Ashburton, in the
| Ashburton Survey District. Bounded
| towards the North-east by Kermode
| Street, 1000 links; towards the South-
| east by the Town Belt, 500 links; to-
| wards the South-west by Dobson Street,
| 1000 links; and towards the North-west
| by Williams Street, 500 links: be all the
| aforesaid linkages more or less; save and
| except thereout a street line situate in
| the above described section, as the same
| is delineated on the plan deposited in
| the District Survey Office, Christchurch.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-three.

to be a Public Vaccinator under the said Act for the Hawera
District; and also to appoint
GEORGE EVELEIGH, Esq., M.R.C.S.E.,
to be a Public Vaccinator under the said Act for the District
of Blueskin.
